Well, I haven't played Scarface, so I can't comment much on that, but overall Trauma Center should be the better game, provided you have never played the DS game. It have overall great controls, interesting to use, difficulty settings that can be adjusted between scenarios. The only downside is that it's really hard to draw a proper star without the game overcompensating for the healing touch... But you really shouldn't need it that much anyway. I recommend more opinions before settling on final purchase, someone probably get more details.
