Just finished MGS 3: Snake Eater... dear god

Odd thing is it took a second look at the game (subsistence) before the game really grew on me. The fixed camera angles of snake eater were a bit of a game breaker for me and all I wanted to do was skip ahead to the next story cut scene.

 

 yeah, I did the same thing.  but for me Substance was the biggest reason the Collection.  I wonder if anyone got the Limited Edition of Subsistence (with 4 disc if preordered...I think)

Not too many people did. Considering the relatively low press run of Subsistence, the LE version really was a limited edition. I'd like to have a copy of the third disc for the re-cut 3.5 hr movie, but it's a collectible and typically goes for well over $100 used, often several hundred unopened.

If I ever saw a copy going for under $100, I'd still buy it.

There were three discs in the US release plus a separate copy of Metal Gear Saga Vol. 1 for pre-order.
