Is Sony in serious trouble? Talk of closing factories, further shortfalls

The Others numbers are 1:1 now... but the 360 came out like a year before the PS3 did. And in another year it will no longer be 1:1. The PS3 outsold the 360 all but 2 or 3 weeks over the last 12 months. And it doesn't show any sign of changing that trend.
