I have yet to see 3rd parties commiting their "big games" to the Wii....I think 2008 will be really telling when it comes to what kind of games 3rd parties have in store for the system.

Most have already made the commitment, its just a matter of waiting for those games to be announced. And with Nintendo, that could be a very long time. Don't forget most third party titles announced for the PS3/360/Wii currently were obtained before the PS3/Wii launched, so its hard to say how much things will change in 08.

How would you anyone has put any major commitment behind other than party games and ports??? Whenever, and if ever, developers start moving franchises around ...... Tell me.

People shouldn't condemn leo-j for wishful thinking, and let this slip by.

I sort of see what you mean, although I believe them and it is wishful thinking, what Leo-j said was purely Sony fanboyism and bias whereas sporticus does have some authority in saying that b/c when a system does well major games flock to it.

On a separate note, I believe that whoever wins over Japan will ultimately win the console/handheld war and the Wii is winning Japan and looks to be in the future too so it is basically set in stone at least after next year.

@Legend11

 Although all those things that have happened are true they happened in between generations so if you're trying to say that the Wii's ultimate success is unsure those really do not lead to that final end; but I think you were just talking about the Wii 2's success, in which case, that's cool.

 O_o hmmz...
