The will obviously receive a port of RE5 as Capcom will need to get some money from this project. However, right now, they have to convince their high definition console owners they are getting something special. This is a pure marketing strategy.
If the Wii cannot handle some of RE5 levels, then they will be redesigned so that the Wii can handle. Nothing special here.
