(I really can't see WarHawk doing that well - at retail anyway. This sort of game has been around for years on the PC, and it falls into the category of "more of the same" IMO).

And Halo would have been a more of the same on PC, but this is console gaming.

Halo is a huge brand name, created by a multi-million (x50) campaign - as the launch title of MS's first console. And it was in the news for years prior to that.

You can't seriously compare Halo & WarHawk. WarHawk doesn't even have a single player campaign, does it? Its just Tribes/Battlefield for the PS3?

And Halo did not have online multiplayer, I also said Halo not Halo 2 or 3 so no huge brand name.  Warhawk has been out there for around 2 years.

Don't dumb it down just becasue its a Sony game, we have no idea how such a game will do on a console.  Warhawk is in some ways is paving the way for these type of games on a console.  Last poll i saw had 70/80% of the people buying Warhawk at retail.  Alot of PS3 owners dont yet have a headset nor do many accept the idea of download only no disk.

Iam not saying Warhawk is Halo, iam saying just because PC has alot of stuff like it does not mean much as far as consoles are concerned.
