I believe GTAIV takes GotY at 8/10 publications. LBP/MGS4 split the other 2/10.
My favorite games this year have been:
Braid
Fable 2
MGS4
Tales of Vesperia
Brawl
Random order.
I have high hopes for:
Mirror's Edge
Fallout 3
Gears 2
