Is the 360 finished in europe? Not unless it's so far behind the ps3 that there will be little support for euro-centric games. The ps3 has spent 2 years trying to catch up, so i seriously doubt it.
On the other hand, none of the current ten consoles appears to be in trouble. It's not like things were with the ps2, where Sony has such a commanding lead that it also commanded the lion share of developer interest.
