Is X360 finished in europe?

The only way the PS3 can beat the 360 in the Americas is if a nuclear bomb dropped on the entire continent of North America. That would leave Cuba and South America, who favor the PS3?

I hope I didn't give any fanboys any ideas on financing Osama Bin Laden now. o_O
