Will PS3 eventually pass 360?

Since begining 2007 Xbox360 sales are pretty close to PS3 sales.
It means that PS3, without game and with a higer price 600$ is EGUAL to Xbox360.

Well, people will just wait for price drop, GTA4 / Killzone2 (gear of war effect) / MGS4 = GG.

If we assume that the xbox360 sales is constant with last week and isn't getting any boost by the price cut, madden, GTA4, Halo3 nor any holiday season boost. PS3 needs to avarage 176k a week to beat xbox360 by July.

If all the things I stated above will move another million units (not impossible last year nov/dec in USA moved 1.5 millions). PS3 needs to avarage 195k/week.

EDIT: Those numbers are both pretty nice against PS3 actualy because the xbox360 numbers are for a slow period were no new killer apps nor the effect from the price cut (for the xbox360) as been seen.

Now that is Wii numbers we are talking about for a consol that might cost 400 USD with your price drop that must come pretty soon.

So far PS3 has an avarage:

In Japan: 30k

America: 50k

Others: 62k (remove the great launch 500k in one week and we have 40k)

So a weekly avarage between 120-142k are you saying that we magicaly will have an increase of 60k weekly meanwhile xbox360 wont get any increase at all?

EDIT2: Just looking at the Japan numbers or the America numbers should get yourself to ask how possible this is. 30k is what PS3 get in Japan when it gets an killer app, not many left for this autumm, if the PS3 drops down to 15k, the holiday season in Japan needs to give a huge boost

50k in USA is what PS3 reached the week after the price drop since then it has gone down each week, now it is on 38k, if that continue down and xbox360 goes up next week (because of price drop) then we are in an even worse situation).

So in reality we might actualy talk about an increase of 100k/week. Do you think that is liekly because of GT5?
