Halo 3 gave a temporary boost to the 360, and it was far from massive. After about three weeks, sales had crashed and burned back to pre-sale levels plus the console's normal growth, leaving nothing more that can be directly traced back to Halo 3 in particular. In essence, it faded back into the gestalt of the console's catalog, which certainly sells more systems for each game added to it (thus the normal growth in sales), but the sales from it can't be tracked back to any one game.
Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

There is much to hate about modern gaming. That is why I support the Wii.
