Best Console for RPG's

I call it a tie. PS2 was great as well, but misses that one outstanding game that the others do have in Chrono Trigger and Xenogears.

 

Really??? because if i only take Square Enix, i can name 4:

Dragon Quest VIII: The Journey of the Cursed King

Final Fantasy X

Star Ocean: Till the End of Time

Kingdom Hearts

 

And that's without naming others like Dark Cloud 2, Disgaea, Xenosaga, etc.

Like I said: PS2 has a lot of great RPGs, and I agree that FFX, SO and DQ are great, but what I meant was that Chrono Trigger and Xenogears are outside that league. Maybe because they don't belong to a series they have more impact and a more unique experience.

That's what I miss on PS2 and that's why I feel SNES and PS1 are better RPG consoles.
