i both agree and disagree. while he does make crap loads of predictions, some of them actually come true. someone ran a survey on 10 predictions that analysts made and pachter was at the top with 50% he might make a lot of crap predictions, but half the time (literally) he knows what hes saying.
i think its a case of negative disposition, where you only care about the ones he gets wrong so those are the ones you remember.
