will ps3 get to 50 million WW before the 360

Price cuts. It's already managed to sell 16 million while costing $400-$600. That's pretty damn good.

Increased HDTV/Blu-Ray popularity 

It's going to finally take off in Japan when FF13 comes out. 1 game turned around the PSP's fortunes in Japan and it wasn't even a Final Fantasy game.

It'll probably get a slim model released next year.
