I just bought my PS3 at Saturn in Frankfurt 
I didn't preorder, I just went there and got one. There are plenty left in both stores. Enough on stock, don´t panic, if you want a PS3 you can get one easily. But this machine is absolutely cool !! It's an unbelievable feeling, even the Sixaxis is nearly perfect. Perfect job from Sony.
