3 questions

1. Are these parts well made and durable. Can I trust them to last?

2. I know nothing about AMD CPUs so does this build offer a good path to upgrade. I mean the Chipset doesnt even offer PCIe x 16 2.0. So technically wouldn't the video card get gimped?

3. How well will the build run Crysis, DMC4, Bioshock, Assassin's Creed?

Also does the case promote good air ventilation

1. It has all name brand components where it counts. Everything is rated at least 4 eggs. So yes you could. The only potential issue might be the motherboard, but another $20 thrown in that direction would sort that issue if you percieve it to be a problem.

2. AMD CPUs are pretty good, they offer a good balance between price/performance so essentially its at least as good if not better than the equivelent Intel CPU. PCI-E version isn't saturated by even the heaviest of current video cards so its not likely to be an issue.

3. It would run them all pretty well, especially Bioshock/Assassins creed. Crysis hardly runs well on anything but it should be playable at medium/high settings depending on your preference.

4. It has an 80mm fan, and the PSU fan is 120mm. This is more than enough if you don't intend to overclock it.
