I printed out my own cover and just stuck it in a DVD case; I hate the white sleeve. :-p
And yeah, I've seen Wii's in the wild a few times (about 3 now) but I don't think I've ever seen them last longer than a day. It just varies by area and luck mainly.

And I wouldn't take this as the Wii is a fad or that the Wii is slowing down, Metroid Prime 3 comes out next week and they'll become hard to find everywere again.
