I got the Wii because I like video games, and it has fun video games, and a fun way of playing them. I never understand why people ask these questions for any of the systems. I mean, what do they expect.
"I bought the Wii because the Vogon were going to blow up the Earth for a hyperspacial express route. The Vogon are secretly the majority stock holders of Nintendo, and if I helped make this planet more profitable for them by buying the Wii, they would hurt their own profit margin by blowing up Earth, therefore, I bought a Wii to help save the planet."
