LBP and Fable 2 are out. The topic says "surprise" fyi. A large majority of people expect both of those games to hit and flop. Banjo is also a relatively expected flop.
A surprise flop would be Resistance, Gears, or Fallout.
Edit: It just says "surprise" on hit, so I guess I was wrong about that one.
