It's a sketchy area that ioi hasn't got access to as much information on as the other two regions.
For the most part the top 50 should be very good, and I imagine the top 100 won't be missing much either, so for most games if it is not shown in the top 100 then it's likely it sold less than whatever games are in the top 100.
If ioi extended the charts to become the top 200 like the other regions then there might be a few more problems, like the game shown in 200th place might in reality have been in 250th if all games were accurate.
