Also, when you play the mini games, you are rated on your performance. The system seems very similar to Wii Fit. I think one of the biggest drawbacks about Wii Music (for "core" players, anyway) will be the song selection. All tunes are "muzak", with a very small selection of pop tunes, and then a larger list of classical and traditional songs. I suppose Nintendo's rationale of choosing only well-known melodies and songs without complex structures does make sense, but I still think it would be nice if in the future they offer DLC to add a wider variety of popular music.
