If by "report" you meant the earlier McCain plan, then yes that was useful information but it does not in any way constitute refutation of my argument.
If you instead meant the hyperpartisan newspaper editorial, then that did also have usable information but it must be stripped of propaganda, factchecked, and put in the context of serious analysis and comparison to McCain's plan.
In either case I had the impression that you were trying to substitute those links in place of an actual response on your part. If I was mistaken then I apologize but please try to be more clear in the future.
