Actually it's not that much derailed. The OP was saying that Japan is over as a main market, and now people are discussing whether other markets may decrease too, which could make Japan as big as before (relatively speaking).

This Christmas will be interesting to watch. Many retailers are forecasting lower Christmas sales, hopefully this won't affect the games market.
