Mark Sheppard was Romo Lampkin, the shady defense attorney in Battlestar Galactica. He's only been in about three episodes, but he stole the show in every one of them.

 

William Morgan Sheppard was Captain Witwicky... "No sacrifice, no victory."

IMDB tells me he was on Star Trek NG, Voyager, VI:UC, and is in the new one coming out next year.  All different roles.
