Implementing blu-ray their Imac's (where you might expect to find BR) is too cost-prohibitive for now. AFAIK, Imac's use slot loading laptop drives and blu-ray enabled drives like this are still going for ~$300. Add the markup you expect from an apple product and the price of a 24 inch Imac would be well into the $3000 dollar range.
