You're a liar and I've caught you red handed. You can't quote a source as factual information and then turn around and use other references. You said specifically that VGCHARTS provided this information. You didn't say you read a bunch of articles and extrapolated this information from different articles. And you haven't even addressed the claims made about deposits. You said "in UK you have to pay $150 in order to pre-order." You didn't say "in a UK store you have to pay $150 in order to pre-order." or "in some UK stores you have to pay $150 in order to pre-order." It's up to you to prove these claims.
