I shall repeat... IF the OP did in fact mean the end of January for some reason:
Wii: 46.5 - 47 million
X360: 26 - 26.5 million
PS3: 21.5 - 22 million
And as Rol and Cord have said... there are some low expectations here.... for the end of January no one should be predicting fewer than 45 million for Wii, or if they meant end of December then no fewer than 43 million.
