The controls for the GC and PS2 versions are almost identical, save for the map button being in a new place, and one slightly alternate control scheme. Even the different analog placements don't affect it that much.
The control of the Wii version tops them both, and if you have a Wii, get it.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
