It's always like this in Europe.
The arcade SKU for example has only dropped about 10 euro here in Denmark after the official price drop. Probably because it was already selling for way below official prices for months prior.
There are no fixed prices in Europe like in america, stores charge basically whatever they want.
Also, if they dropped the prices more, it'll be cheaper than PS2.
That doesn't look too good.
