The interesting part is that it was only some, and not all, that dealt with this issue. Ah well, another mystery for another day. To tell you the truth I'm going to return Boom Blox and Force Unleash to help fund de Blob. 
And yeah, I've never really had cursor jumps in other games, or it's been so minimal that it never crossed my mind. It's just been an issue with Boom Blox. It's a pity, but it's not that big of a deal on non-timed challenges.
I almost forgot about that initial thread I made a while ago about the issue, BrainBox has mad remembering skills.
