Impulsivity on 13 October 2008
I was just going off Amazon mainly. Iron Man, Dark Knight, Indiana Jones...all of them have the blu ray version well above the DVD versions (probably helps that they're about the same price).
The fact that most video stores primarily make bulk buys of DVDs (in the hundreds at some single locations) probably helps inflate those numbers.
