Problem is the PS3 is already losing money. So a drop just makes the losses worse. Now maybe with a good economy they could obsorb that and lessen the pain by other products still doing well. With this economy that is a huge risk. You accelerate sales of a product losing money and you got to believe that products like TVs are going to sell worse than they expected a few months ago.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
