You make a lot of charges without a lot of relevant and current facts -- and basically rule out all counter examples. So it is tough to come up with anything to say.
Your premise is that Nintendo ought to pay third parties to develop for them. They will never do that -- only Microsoft really does that. So end of that discussion.
