its because its been signed as exclusive, ie the entire game is built up around on ps3 hardware only.

during E3 square said versus is built on propriaty engine and that, that engine wont be used again.

there are many propriaty engine games out there, the conduit for wii is an example

its more than possible to port an engine like that but it would be a mess especially in this gen.
