I'm sure that neither PS3 or 360 are supply constrained in that many parts of the US. Maybe the 360 with its price cut, but definitely not the PS3. I went to GameStop yesterday and they had everything in stock, Wiis included.
However, there is a sign dedicated to saying "We have Wiis in stock", just because they are sold out all the time. I have never seen one of those for the 360 or the PS3.
