twestern claimed I wasn't caring about his arguments, but he wasn't paying attention to mine.

I can tell because I explicitly stated if the TGS build showed no improvement, I would not be happy. I made that clear about three to four times already.

But twestern was thinking in false dichotomies. Either I agree with him, or I'm making excuses.

Asking to wait and see for the next part is not making excuses. People who are impatient to pass judgement are excusing their irrationality.

This means I'm not going to make excuses for this, because I waited and saw for this, as I wrote I would. I's still like to see what the final version is like, but I'm still not happy with what they are showing.

Even if there is some improvement behind the scenes (this is still a demo, even if a mediocre one), they didn't at least try to show it here. If nothing else, that's crappy publicity.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
