While your arguments are reasonable your overestimating the strength of the 360's lineup while underestimating that of the Wiis.
While I must concede there will be no bigger title this year than Halo 3 there is not enough other 'huge' games to support it, I mean what else is there? PGR4 CoD4 and Bioshock are the only three other big releases I can think of. The Wii has three titles 'aka. the holy trinity' that while each is smaller than H3, are all bigger than any other game coming to the X360, these are SMG, SSBB and MP3
Anyway, Im not sure how the lineup will affect the holidays but I dont think its at all fair to call the Wii's lineup 'thin'. Edit: And I dont think MGS is an 'uber' title, Id give that distinction to FF. |
