Sony's customer service isn't too bad either. They offered to replace any glitched copies (I kept my glitched copy) of GT2 that prevented the user from getting 100% completion:

However, they didn't hand deliver it to your house. You still had to drive your lazy ass to the store. Sony just isn't trying hard enough
