What type? Cognac is my favorite alcoholic beverage by leaps and bounds, though I love red wine as well for as the "cheaper" option.

For wines, either the reds or a Chardonnay. For liquors...damn near everything, to be honest, assuming it's not the cheap stuff.

Except vodka. Can't stand it on its own (although it's great in mixed drinks).

@hsrob: I'll see if I can track it down. Considering I know four bartenders, it shouldn't be too hard to get my hands on (assuming it's avaialable in the Bay Area). Thanks.
