Different scenarios:

Sep-Oct-Nov-Dec - America: Madden
Sep-Oct-Nov-Dec - Worldwide: Still Madden, likely, though Halo will give it a good run
Nov-Dec - America/WW: Probably Galaxy, though GH3 will do well in this period
Post-Thanksgiving - America/WW: Brawl

I'm not really sure why Rock Band is on the list.
