Your aruments are really weak. When I said : "What lesson can we learn from this story? Wii and DS are selling while X360 and PS3 are fighting each others for the crumbs. :P" I just pointed a fact. There was 2 guys fighting each others to determine which was the best console between X360 and Ps3 while people at the cash were buying Nintendo products. This situation symbolise well what is happening in the market right now : PS3 and X360 are fighting each others while Wii and DS are selling hugely.

 

I wouldnt say they are fighting for crumbs combined they are selling more than the WII.  I would say they went after a different audience than the wii and relazie this generation not much they can do about it.   WII made a brilliant move up front with the casual approach to gaming and motion controllers.  We will see next gen how that affects sony and MS

Did you see all those recent charts on this site? Wii is constantly > X360 + PS3 and that, almost every week. So yes, I think it's safe to say they are fighting for the crumbs.
