That was nessesary but rather a cheap shot to conclude something that is, not really that true, because the playstation brand as a whole appeals to the casual market.
While the wii may be outselling the xbox 360 and the ps3, in no way does this mean that if the ps3 was priced at the same price, things would look like they do now. Not at all, but from what you write, atleast in the way you do, it seems like the interest in other consoles is not there, so while you could have been the bigger man, you simply decided to go down to the same level as the sales man who was spurting nonsense.
