The best way to actually completely avoid a hang over is this. Have two plans A and B. A is where you don't drink much at all, in B you drink so much that you wake up piss drunk. If that happens, just grab a big bottle of water, because as soon as you sober up the hangover will hit you unless you have been keeping yourself hydrated.
