Well, I think leaderboards are split by region, at least on PSN, so you would need to get rankings from all four regions, Asia, Japan, Pal, and NA.
I have Asian PSN version, there are 742 people on the "All Clear Ranking" (yeah, we're a pretty small region compared to the others), of course this only covers people who completed the game.
