Not the point. Any credibility given to VGC, whether it be download sales or retails sales, undermines NPD's business model.

Nice conspiracy theory, but if he made this comment after being pressured by NPD as an attempt to discredit VGC then he didn't do a very good job as he didn't even mention the site.

Sorry, but I need more than "I have industry knowledge" by some random poster on an internet forum where anyone can claim anything.

Like I said, we'll probably get MM9 numbers in their financial report, so we'll see how well it sold then.

 

 

No, Viper1 has inside industry knowledge and he's telling us it's a big conspiracy theory. My friend's brother's cousin's sister's boyfriend's father works for EA and he told his son that, of course being the good boyfriend, he told his girlfriend, she told her cousin, he told his brother, he then told my friend who told me that the whole industry is trying to bring down VGChartz, OH NOEZ.
