I'd pass on a 360, since I've got a gaming PC and most of the 360 games that appeal to me come out on the PC (only exception: Dead Rising).
I'd consider a PS3 for around $150, but not much more, because it doesn't yet have enough exclusives that appeal to me (exceptions: Uncharted, fl0w, Ratchet & Clank).
