Why a New DS makes sense

I don't think BluRay is Blue Ocean. The idea of BluRay is offering a more powerful DVD, the idea of Blue Ocean is offering something different. Nintendogs, Brain Age, Wii Sports, Wii Fit, and Wii Play are all different. The camera itself is not BlueOcean, but the new functionalites, even if it is something simple like manipulating photos, probably is.

Look at Tamagotchy, it was a shitty game, a "pet simulator", but being new and different attracted a lot of people in buying one, even those not interested in gaming. Maybe something like a 0.3 mpx camera could do the same.
