I can't say about more support or not but I can say this. You will see more companies taking shots on games like Katamari and of that style on the Wii than you will on PS3 and 360 because of the cost of development. Possibly PSN and live-arcade but wii also has a similar vantage in Wii Ware.
I can practically guaranty you that more chances for newer more interesting game concepts will be made on Wii than the other two combined.
