Because the first Samurai Warriors sold 1 million on the PS2 in Japan alone. And this is just a spinoff of Dynasty Warriors. Japan eats that shit up.

If/when it does well, Dynasty Warriors will surely follow because it's not doing spectacular on PS360 and Koei and keep running back to the PS2 with ports forever to make their money's worth.

 

DW6 didn't do well on PS360 because it's a piece of "S**T".

They have simplified the game so much you could play it smashing random buttons and not even watch the TV...

 

Koei hasn't innovated in those games in ages...
