Whenever something becomes very successful, a certain segment of people will hate it regardless to show off their refined tastes and advanced ways. They will loudly proclaim that whatever is absolutely trash, without value, mass produced crap etc. They will in all honesty say things like, "I liked Bleach better than Nevermind", "El Mariachi was sooooo much better than Desperado", "I used to like Darwins early work on inheritance, but he sold out with the whole survival of the fittest thing" etc.

These people, super conformers in their nonconformism, will not be able to admit greatness from their selected target no matter what happens. When faced with ultimate proof, as for example a new Punch Out, they will at best be able to utter "I'm not interested in Punch Out", or "It would be great, but they will ruin it with motion sensing".

Let these people be alone, and for their sake, hope that their favorite music, movie, book, console or what it might be never gains mass popularity, it is hard work to have to denounce sell outs all the time.
